If you are playing at ARVC it is imperative that you do not park in any covered parking at the business and do not park at any building that is open for business. The places that you will be towed for parking are Bright Ideas Lighting company, The Soccer Facility and the Covered parking at Twilight Homes, we will have boys helping with parking ask them if you need help. Places you can park – Taste of NM – Bueno Food (this whole lot) and on the dirt lot at the very end of Las Lomitas. Be prepared to drop off your athlete and find parking. Camping chairs are encouraged!

Parking and Entrance-

Off Wyoming and Alameda’s north entrance and parking lot

• Food All food tables are to be kept outside the entrance area, and there is NO outside food in the gym.  A concession stand will be available.  Teams are responsible for cleaning food tables and water bottles in the gym.
• No outside chairs or coolers, No Outside Food or Drink
• There is only water in the gyms, no Gatorade or other sports drinks.
• Please pick up all trash in the bleacher areas.   The school’s temperature is controlled by the district, and the site director cannot control the temperature. Please dress accordingly.

Tournament Facility Rules

1. Parking:Please do NOT park directly in front of the business in the shopping center. Park in any rows north or Elevate Trampoline Park.
2. Fire Marshal Safety Regulation:No folding chairs are allowed on the concrete path from the front entry door to the sport court.
3. Sport Court & Playable Area:No chairs are permitted within the playable area or on the sport court.
4. Team Camps:Each team will have an assigned area located straight ahead past the office on the tarped area.
5. Snack Tables:Teams may set up snack tables in their designated team area. All food & drinks must remain in the tarped area or in the front Cafe.
6. AM Wave:Please make sure your area is clean when you leave for the day, there will be another team using that space in the afternoon.
7. Backpacks:All backpacks must remain in the designated team camp area.
8. Ball Handling:No ball handling is allowed in the team area or against the walls.
9. Restricted Areas:No playing in the sand, climbing on the weights, or entering any restricted areas.
10. PM Pools Arrival:Please do not arrive more than one hour prior to your scheduled start time due to space.

Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the facility. Thank you for your cooperation!
